Brian’s passion for precision and classic lines have earned him a reputation as ‘King Job of Bobs’! His dedication to his craft, continuous learning and intuitive understanding of hairs natural texture is reflected in his loyal client base which spans generations.
Debbie has an incredible wealth of knowledge in the hair industry. Her positive energy is infectious and it’s one of the many traits that attracts a big client following for her. With an innate ability to understand her client’s needs and transform that into a well thought out cut or colour.
With an inquisitive mind Debbie is always researching new techniques and hair innovations. She has the biggest array of tools and gadgets! Debbie and Brian have worked together for the majority of their lengthy and successful careers, a strong work union with a great mutual respect.
Cheryl was one of the original stylists Brian and Debbie trained many years ago. With the same core values and a dedication to providing a level of service that surpasses industry standards, Cheryl is a gifted hairdresser.
A mother to 3 glorious children Cheryl is our super organised element in the Franc crew. Cheryl has a vast array of skills in her portfolio and as a result has a wide range of clients.
While Lauren was training and honing her skills it became apparent that she had a natural flair for visualising and creating some beautiful colour combinations. Working in conjunction with our Franc crew gives Lauren the opportunity to create tailored, bespoke colours to compliment their work.
Her finely woven baby blonde highlights already have a loyal following but she is just as at home working on rich, deep tones or vibrant creative colour. Lauren also specialises in smoothing treatment for clients who want less frizz and more shine.
Debbie runs the behind the scenes of the business. She can be found at the other end of the telephone, often heard saying ‘its the other Debbie you are talking to!”
Arranging diarys and appointments, taking photos, managing socials and being mum to everyone!
Connor
In-keeping with our family ethos Connor is Brian and Debbies nephew. Connor assists us in our daily schedule and is very much an integral part of Franc.
Ultimately Connor’s goal is to be a barber but whilst doing this he is also immersing himself in the full guest journey.
You will meet Connor as he greets you with a gown, a coffee, or one of his legendary head massages.
